Our team takes utmost care in packaging, handling, and shipping every order to maintain premium quality and trust.


1. Shipping Time

  • Silver Jewellery: Delivered within T+2 – T+7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Custom-made or Gold Jewellery: Delivered within T+7 – T+10 business days (depending on design and production time).
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, location, or unforeseen situations.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders across India above ₹1,000.
  • A minimal delivery charge may apply for smaller orders.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before final payment.

3. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking details.
  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been dispatched.

4. Packaging

  • Every jewellery piece is packed in tamper-proof, safe, and elegant packaging.
  • For high-value gold items, secure packaging and insurance options are used for extra safety.

5. Delivery & Tracking

  • We partner with trusted and reputed courier services to ensure safe delivery.
  • You can track your order through the tracking link shared via email or message.
  • If your parcel appears damaged or tampered upon arrival, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we offer shipping within India only.
  • International shipping options will be introduced soon.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • In rare cases of courier delays, our team will keep you updated and assist until your order is delivered.
