Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Nyalkaran Jewellers, we value your trust and aim to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience for every customer.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • We accept returns for both Silver and Gold jewellery within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
  • After receiving your return, our quality team will inspect the product.
  • Once the inspection is completed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or engraved jewellery cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be accepted for return.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within the 7-day period if the product is unused and in perfect condition.
  • Exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
