Shipping & Returns Policy

At Nyalkaran Jewellers, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully before placing your order on Nyalkaranjewellers.com.


Shipping Policy

Shipping Time

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours from the time of order confirmation.
However, customised or personalised jewellery orders may take additional processing time.

If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised products, the items may be shipped separately, and non-personalised items may be delivered first.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹449 within India.

  • Orders below ₹449 may attract a standard shipping fee.

  • International shipping and return shipping charges are not eligible for free shipping offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS so you can easily monitor your delivery status.

Partial Deliveries

In some cases, especially when ordering Gold jewellery or customised items along with other products, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments for faster service.


Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy on all eligible products from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging with tags and invoice

  • Not damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return, except in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery:

  • Personalised or customised jewellery

  • Gold jewellery (except verified defects)

  • Coins, utensils, and religious idols

  • Perfumes, candles, and hygiene-sensitive items

Nyalkaran Jewellers reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any refund.

Missing Items in Return

If multiple products are claimed to be returned but all items are not received, the company reserves the right to deduct the full product value of missing items from the refund amount.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds are processed strictly based on the original invoice value at the time of purchase.

  • Any shipping charges paid during order placement are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days after approval.


Replacement & Exchange Policy

Customers can request replacement or exchange for eligible products within the return period.
Replacement orders will be processed only after the original product has been picked up or delivered back to us.


Return Process

You can initiate a return by:

  • Submitting a request through Nyalkaranjewellers.com, or

  • Contacting our Customer Support Team via email or phone.

Customers are requested to remain available for reverse pickup calls from the courier partner.
If pickup fails due to unavailability, the return request will need to be re-scheduled, which may increase the processing time.

Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

In rare cases where reverse pickup is not available, customers may be asked to self-ship the product via India Post or another courier.
We will reimburse return shipping charges up to ₹70.
Any additional shipping costs beyond ₹70 will be adjusted from the refund amount.


Empty Parcel or Missing Product Claims

If you receive an empty parcel or missing item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
A complete 360-degree unboxing video will be required to process such claims.
Claims without sufficient proof or with signs of package tampering may be rejected at the company’s discretion.
